The Oklahoma Senate confirmed two of Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin’s appointments to the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission. Last week, Oklahoma City-based attorney Bob Burke filed a legal challenge in the Oklahoma Supreme Court alleging that Megan Tilly did not have the required three years of experience in the field to hold a spot on the commission. Despite this, she and Jordan Russell were confirmed by 44-0 votes with no debate and no questions.
