In legislative news:

Rep. Talbot pulled his ODG formulary bill from the day’s calendar yesterday and rescheduled it for floor debate on Tuesday, May 23rd. HB592 was the subject of a contentious Committee hearing last week, during which voices for the legislation emphasized its potential to prevent opioid addiction before it starts, while voices in opposition argued that it would create additional delays in care for injured workers and is a cost/savings-motivated effort by insurers and out of state entities. The measure made is out of House Labor 8 to 5, with 4 members absent.
