OSHA is now fully staffed after years of lacking a third commissioner. Business Insurance reports that experts hope the third commissioner, James Sullivan, will help clear the persistent case backlog. Sullivan, who has 37 years of experience representing employers in labor, employment and occupational safety and health law issues and had been a shareholder with law firm Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney P.C. and a member with Cozen O’Connor in Philadelphia, was sworn in as a commissioner on August 28th.
