A.M. BestTV reported from the annual conference of the Property Casualty Insurers (PCI) Association of America in Hollywood, Florida, where executives identified new ways to enhance the customer experience as the key to growth in the 21st Century. Jim Wallace, Chairman of PCI, explains in the video that he thinks the insurance industry as a whole was “slow” to move on the customer service issue, especially on the digital front, compared to the efforts of other industries like banking.
