Louisiana Workforce Commission Executive Director Ava Dejoie joined Governor John Bel Edwards and AT&T Louisiana President Sonia Perez to celebrate the announcement of AT&T Louisiana’s contribution to the Louisiana Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) program. The gift, totaling $150,000, will assist the JAG program as it expands from 69 to 115 sites this year. JAG helps students facing challenges to earning their high school diploma or equivalent degree successfully attend a post-secondary institution and find meaningful employment. In 2015, the program had a 94 percent graduation rate, a 76 percent job-placement rate and an 80 percent full-time jobs rate.
