Phillips 66 officials say they believe an employee missing since a pipeline explosion Thursday at the company’s facility in Paradis is believed to be dead. The fire, which burned for days, is finally extinguished as of this morning. Officials previously said three workers were injured, including one who was seriously burned in the explosion and remains in the hospital listed in “fair” condition. The cause of the incident is not yet known, but it occurred when workers were cleaning equipment.
