The National Labor Relations Board issued a complaint against Tesla, alleging that the company violated workers’ rights by requiring them to sign confidentiality agreements that would prevent them from speaking publicly about safety conditions and other issues at the company’s California plant. Tesla has denied the allegations but must respond by September 14th. The complaint was set in motion by three employees along with the United Auto Workers union.
