The New York Daily News is reporting that U.S. Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney is sticking with his plan to restructure the World Trade Center Health Program. Mulvaney is seeking to move the program, which cares for victims’ and first responders’ health problems in the wake of 9/11, to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention rather than its current home within the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.
