Eugene Scalia, the son of the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, will testify before Congress this morning at 8 AM CT as the Trump administration’s nominee to lead the Department of Labor. Scalia was announced as the pick to replace Alexander Acosta late last month. Democrats have protested that the hearing date and vote has been rushed. Acosta resigned from the USDOL top job after his role in a lenient plea deal for accused sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein as Florida Attorney General came to light.
