Workers’ comp rates in Oklahoma are expected to drop in 2016 after NCCI filed an overall loss cost decrease of 14.8 percent. This is the third straight year rates have decreased in the state after significant reforms in 2011 that created an administrative system and included an opt-out provision that has been the subject of a constitutional challenge.
