NCCI filed a 10.2 percent loss cost decrease for workers’ comp in Oklahoma, according to the Oklahoma Insurance Department. The filing marks the fourth consecutive decrease in a row for the state. With this year’s drop, the total impact of Oklahoma’s NCCI filings since 2013 is a 44 percent decrease. The new loss costs will go through a review process and are expected to go into effect on January 1st, 2017.
