The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation Research and Evaluation Group released its latest Analysis of Injured Employee Outcomes after the Texas Closed Pharmacy Formulary study. The analysis found that mental and physical functioning and return-to-work increased after the formulary, although 22 percent of injured workers said they had some problems getting prescriptions filled.
