One Call Care Management, based in Jacksonville, FL, recently made two moves in senior management, with one hire from outside of the comp industry and another from within it. Last week, Matt Lynch was named Chief Information Officer, he was previously CIO of RiteAid, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Shopko Stores. One Call then announced the appointment of Chris Watson as Executive Vice President of Operations. Watson joins One Call from Coventry Workers’ Compensation Services, where he has served as Chief Operating Officer for the past five years. He has more than 15 years of health care experience with strengths in operations, information technology, provider relations and marketing.
