A Dollar Tree store in Houston has been hit with $116,200 in OSHA penalties for two repeated and four serious violations, after an inspection discovered piled boxes at dangerous heights and blocked exit routes, among other hazards. According to OSHA, Dollar Tree stores across the nation have been cited for more than 200 safety and health violations since 2009 totaling more than $900,000 in fines, and another Texas store was cited this past September for two willful and three repeat violations, with a penalty of $262,500.
