According to a Business Insurance report, a stay issued in a lawsuit filed by employer groups against OSHA’s controversial electronic record-keeping rule has been lifted, allowing the litigation to proceed. The lawsuit was filed initially in February 2017 over the anti-retaliation provisions in the rule which relate to post-accident drug testing and other common worksite practices. Read more here.
