An Ohio man who sold artificial urine meant to help people pass workplace drug tests and misbranded other substances deemed illicit by the federal government has pleaded guilty in Pittsburgh. The man pleaded guilty Monday to conspiracy to defraud the United States and introduction of misbranded drugs into interstate commerce. He faces up to six years in prison when he’s sentenced May 13. Federal prosecutors say he sold the illegal substances online through his company, ACS Herbal Tea.
